Bring Your Face To Life In Just 2 Minutes

We know how being stuck for time feels in the morning, but that's no excuse not to take just 2 minutes to give your facial circulation a workout.

Use those fingertips to tap your face back to life. Using quick light movements work along the jawline to each ear. Still tapping, work your way up from the sides of your mouth up to your inner eye. Then, progress along your nose, and out toward your cheekbones.

To finish off, move along from the bridge of your nose and across to the eyebrows. Rinse and repeat until your face feels a picture of health.
