How To Revitalise A Tired Look

Apply a couple of coats of lengthening mascara to your lashes.   If you have eyelash curlers, curling your eyelashes before you apply mascara gives your eyes the appearance of being brighter and more defined.  A mascara with a good brush though can also help curl your lashes.

Get blushing!   Apply a cream blusher to the apples of your cheeks and blend well.  A peachy shade will beat pink for a quick pick-me-up. Peach toned blushers brighten skin and take the focus away from dark under eye rings.  Powder blushers can sometimes make skin look flat and lifeless, but cream formulas give a radiant, youthful dewiness to the skin.  Applying a little blusher on your temples and forehead will also help to brighten your face, and cream blushers can also double up as lip tints as well so they can be very multi-functional

Contouring just below your blusher can help add definition to a puffy face. Brush a little powder bronzer or foundation, which is a shade darker than your skin, directly beneath your cheekbones. Dab a little along your jawline and temples as well.  Then, blend very well with a brush or makeup sponge until only a subtle hint of the colour is left.  If the bronzer isn't blended well enough, or if you use a shade that's too dark, you could end up looking like a pantomime dame!

To revive bedraggled bed head hair, spritz some dry shampoo on the roots of your hair and brush through.  Quickly blast the roots with your hairdryer on a medium to high setting to loosen the powder.  Use a finishing styler and voila! Your hair should now be looking revived and full of life! Of course, you should still catch up on your beauty sleep when you can to maintain your health and looks!
